Earth Search Sciences Inc. announces Joint Venture with Advanced Explorations Inc. and Geologic Business Solutions Inc.

KALISPELL, Mont.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Feb. 28, 2005–Earth Search Sciences, Inc. (OTCBB:ESSE – News) a leading commercial provider of hyperspectral remote sensing technology, today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Advanced Explorations Inc. (TSX Venture:AXI – News) of Toronto, Ontario and Geologic Business Solutions Inc. (GBSI) of Toronto, Ontario.?

This MOU relates to the formation of a Joint Venture between the parties and the rights of Advanced Explorations Inc. (AEI) to acquire access to and the possible purchase of an ESSI Probe-1 hyperspectral instrument and extensive minerals exploration database. At a later date Earth Search Sciences, Inc. may elect to convert all or a portion of the future purchase of the Probe-1 hyperspectral instrument and database to equity in AEI. Complementing this technology will be the associated hyperspectral exploration expertise of GBSI. AEI will utilize this combination of technology and technical expertise in hyperspectral mineral exploration opportunities worldwide.?

Advanced Explorations Inc. (TSX Venture:AXI – News) is currently being reactivated as a technology-based company, with a focus on providing hyperspectral remote sensing technologies to the mineral exploration industry in exchange for equity in emerging companies and exploration ventures. GBSI is focused on providing advanced technology solutions to the mineral industry.
