Earth Search Sciences, Inc. Reports New Mineral Discoveries Assisted by Airborne Hyperspectral Remote Sensing

Earth Search Sciences, Inc., (OTCBB:ESSE) reports: ESSE’s revolutionary hyperspectral imaging can measure a fine degree of spectral reflectance of solar energy from across the spectrum and allow the user to identify specific minerals and substances on the surface of the Earth by their diagnostic reflectance patterns. It has previously been successfully used in mineral exploration by one of the world’s largest mining companies, Noranda Minerals. See their full report on the Earth Search website: http://www.earthsearch.com/pdf/peshko.pdf .

Recently ESSE performed a survey for El Capitan Precious Metals, Inc. (OTCBB:ECPN). Chuck Mottley, El Capitan’s CEO, is pleased with the results obtained from the recent hyperspectral survey completed by Earth Search. Mottley states: “We had to measure the mineral potential of the land claim block contiguous to the El Capitan deposit quickly and accurately. The information obtained from this airborne technology will assist our geologists to delineate the extent of the mineralization present at the existing El Capitan property.”

He continued, “In one day the aircraft and crew were able to collect the data to show numerous anomalies over a 10,000 acre parcel that potentially indicate the same kind of mineralization our geologists had identified in the El Capitan deposit.”

Dr. Clyde Smith, El Capitan’s consulting geologist, observed that: “The speed and accuracy of this kind of mineral exploration data is impressive. Data of this type also provides the company with a baseline of environmental characteristics over the entire potential mining area, and will be very useful in planning for protection and remediation of any changes to the environment.”

The ESSE website also features full details on the use of hyperspectral technology for monitoring and protecting the environment and wild life on the planet. See http://www.earthsearch.com

Earth search sciences inc. completes agreements for obtaining funding and the start of oil shale processing on behalf of its subsidiary

October 11th, 2005

LAKESIDE, MT?October 11, 2005–Earth Search Sciences, Inc. (OTCBB:ESSE) today announced the signing of an unrestricted license agreement to produce oil and natural gas from oil shale on behalf of its majority-owned subsidiary company, Petro Probe, Inc. (PPI). Also signed, were agreements to obtain funding to construct the first licensed oil shale processing plant.

PPI has equity in a number of conventional oil & gas properties where it has spearheaded the use of Earth Search Science?s (ESSI) airborne remote sensing hyperspectral imaging as a new hydrocarbon exploration tool. Much of this equity is located in or near major proven oil shale reserves in Colorado, Wyoming and Utah.

The new oil shale processing system was developed and patented by General Synfuels International, Inc., (GSI) a private company. The system is based on environmentally friendly in situ gasification technology. GSI has provided PPI with a license agreement that provides for a ?turnkey? operation that includes the plant construction and on-going operation.
,br> Inventor and President of GSI, Ron McQueen said, ?We are excited to introduce our technology as a solution to the long sought economic production of oil & gas from oil shale.?, adding ?Gasification of the kerogen (material which composes oil shale) is a low-risk, environmentally clean method of capturing not only the oil & gas products, but hydrogen and co-generation capability as well?.

Larry Vance, Chairman of ESSI said, ?The signing of this agreement ensures Petro Probe continues to present the ESSI shareholder with a diversified, stronger business model under its subsidiary company development program.?

Earth Search Sciences, Inc., www.earthsearch.com is a pioneer and leading collector of airborne hyperspectral data. The technology gathers information, that when analyzed, can identify sites for further evaluation in determining the discovery of oil, gas and other mineral prospects.
